Mission Statement


The Movie Colony Neighborhood Organization (“TMC”) is a non-profit, neighborhood organization consisting primarily of property owners within the established boundaries, as defined in Article III of the TMC Bylaws. TMC is dedicated to defend and enhance the quality of life for our residents.

This Mission is accomplished by:
  • Neighborhood Communication and Involvement
  • Email communications
  • Website (themoviecolony.org)
  • Neighborhood business meetings
  • Social Events
  • Advisor participation in Palm Springs Neighborhood Involvement Committee (PSNIC), through Ordinance No. 1666, April 16, 2005 and other City committees/subcommittees.
  • Neighborhood Watch
  • Close working relationship with our PSPD Neighborhood Police Officers
  • Disaster Response Team

Led by a seven member resident-elected Board, as defined in Article VII of the TMC bylaws.
